The Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan (ICSHRA) announce that a number of women protesters inside the country, within the framework of the Afghanistan Advocacy Program, have carried out peaceful civil demonstrations organized by the members of the Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan.
These brave women, who have raised their voices in defense of women’s rights and fundamental freedoms in Afghanistan, are facing serious security threats, arbitrary detentions, and a state of uncertainty. They emphasize that the silence of the international community in the face of systematic and widespread violations of women’s rights in Afghanistan has deepened the suffering and pressure on human rights defenders, especially women.
According to these women, many civil activists and human rights defenders, particularly women, who fled Taliban threats, are now facing severe difficulties in neighboring countries, especially in Pakistan and Iran. These include psychological distress, security threats, and the risk of forced deportation.
The Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan call upon the United Nations, the international community, and global human rights organizations to pay urgent and serious attention to the dire situation of these activists—especially women human rights defenders—and to take practical and effective measures for their support, protection, and safety.

بیانیه دادخواهی شماری از بانوان معترض در افغانستان

نهادهای جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری افغانستان (ICSHRA) اعلام میدارند که شماری از بانوان معترض در داخل کشور، در چارچوب برنامه دادخواهی افغانستان از سوی اعضای نهادهای جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری افغانستان دست به اعتراض مدنی و صلحآمیز زدهاند.
این بانوان که در دفاع از حقوق زنان و آزادیهای اساسی در افغانستان صدای خود را بلند کردهاند، با تهدیدات جدی امنیتی، بازداشتهای خودسرانه و بیسرنوشتی مواجهاند. آنان تأکید دارند که سکوت جامعه جهانی در برابر نقض گسترده و سیستماتیک حقوق زنان در افغانستان، سبب گسترش رنج و فشار بر مدافعان حقوق بشر بهویژه زنان شده است.
در پیام این بانوان آمده است که شمار زیادی از فعالان مدنی و مدافعان حقوق بشر افغانستان، بهویژه زنان، پس از فرار از تهدیدات طالبان، در کشورهای همسایه بهویژه پاکستان و ایران نیز با مشکلات شدید از جمله فشارهای روحی و روانی، تهدیدات امنیتی و خطر اخراج اجباری روبهرو هستند.
نهادهای جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری افغانستان از سازمان ملل متحد، جامعه جهانی و نهادهای بینالمللی حقوق بشری میخواهند تا به وضعیت وخیم و اسفبار این فعالان، بهویژه بانوان مدافع حقوق بشر، توجه فوری و جدی داشته و برای حمایت، حفاظت و تأمین امنیت آنان اقدامات عملی و مؤثر انجام دهند.
