The Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan (ICSHRA) announces that a group of its members and human rights defenders held a peaceful street protest in Iran, raising their voices for freedom, justice, and the right to self-determination for the people of Afghanistan.
With the slogan “We demand freedom and self-determination — our struggle continues — our voices will never be silenced by torture,” the protesters expressed their firm commitment to continue the peaceful struggle for human rights and justice, despite all forms of threats, intimidation, and violence.
These members of ICSHRA declared that no amount of oppression, arrest, or torture can silence the call for freedom and dignity. They emphasized that Afghan civil society will continue its fight until every citizen enjoys basic human rights, equality, and justice.
The Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan (ICSHRA) stands in full solidarity with its members who courageously raised their voices in Iran and calls on the United Nations, international human rights organizations, and the global community to protect Afghan human rights defenders who continue their struggle beyond borders under constant threat and insecurity.

نهادهای جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری افغانستان (ICSHRA) اعلام میدارد که گروهی از اعضای این نهاد و مدافعان حقوق بشر افغان در ایران دست به اعتراض خیابانی مسالمتآمیز زده و صدای خود را برای آزادی، عدالت و حق تعیین سرنوشت مردم افغانستان بلند کردند.

«ما حق آزادی و سرنوشت میخواهیم – مبارزه ما ادامه دارد – آواز ما با هیچگونه شکنجه خاموش نمیشود»
ارادهٔ قاطع خود را برای ادامه مبارزهٔ مسالمتآمیز در راه عدالت و حقوق بشر اعلام نمودند.
آنان تأکید کردند که هیچگونه ظلم، بازداشت یا شکنجهای نمیتواند صدای آزادیخواهی و کرامت انسانی مردم افغانستان را خاموش سازد. فعالان نهاد تصریح کردند که جامعه مدنی افغانستان به مبارزه خود تا تحقق کامل حقوق انسانی، برابری و عدالت برای همه شهروندان ادامه خواهد داد.
نهادهای جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری افغانستان (ICSHRA) از اعضای شجاع خود در ایران که با وجود تهدید و فشار، صدای دادخواهی خود را بلند کردند، حمایت کامل مینماید و از سازمان ملل متحد، نهادهای بینالمللی حقوق بشر و جامعه جهانی میخواهد تا از مدافعان حقوق بشر افغان که در بیرون از مرزهای کشور و در شرایط خطرناک به مبارزه ادامه میدهند، حمایت و حفاظت نمایند.
