No to injustice,
No to monopoly and oppression.
The Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan (ICSHRA) and its members raise their voices once again against the ongoing cruelty, injustice, and human rights violations committed by the Taliban regime against the people of Afghanistan — especially against women, girls, and human rights defenders.
We ask the United Nations, Amnesty International, and the international community:
How long will you remain silent in the face of these crimes?
Must rivers of blood flow before the world decides to act?
The Taliban continue to persecute, torture, and suppress our members and the people of Afghanistan, while the world watches in silence. Our girls are banned from schools, our women are deprived of the right to work, and our nation is crushed under the weight of tyranny and fear.
We call for justice, freedom, and fundamental human rights.
We have no other demand than to live with dignity and equality, yet our cries for justice remain unanswered.
Where are your promises, commitments, and values of human rights that you claim to defend?
If the world’s conscience has not died, then now is the time to act.

نه برای زنستیزی،
نه برای بیعدالتی،
نه برای انحصارگرایی.
نهادهای جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری افغانستان (ICSHRA) و اعضای آن بار دیگر صدای خود را در برابر ظلم، بیعدالتی و نقض گسترده حقوق بشر از سوی رژیم طالبان بلند میکنند؛ ظلمی که بر مردم افغانستان، بهویژه بر زنان، دختران و مدافعان حقوق بشر، تحمیل شده است.
ما از سازمان ملل متحد، عفو بینالملل و جامعه جهانی میپرسیم:
تا چه زمانی در برابر این بیعدالتیها سکوت میکنید؟
آیا باید سیلی از خون جاری شود تا شما به خود آیید و واکنش نشان دهید؟
طالبان همچنان اعضای نهاد ما و مردم افغانستان را شکنجه، تهدید و سرکوب میکنند، در حالیکه جهان در سکوت نظارهگر است.
دختران ما از رفتن به مکتب محروماند، زنان ما از حق کار بازماندهاند و ملت ما زیر بار ظلم و خفقان له میشود.
ما خواهان عدالت، آزادی و حقوق انسانی خود هستیم.
خواست ما جز این چیزی نیست، اما فریاد عدالتخواهی ما همچنان بیپاسخ مانده است.
کجاست آن وعدهها و تعهدات جهانی شما به حقوق بشر؟
اگر وجدان بشری هنوز زنده است، امروز زمان برخاستن و اقدام است.
