Members of the Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan (ICSHRA) raise their voice against the ongoing systematic persecution and genocide of a specific ethnic group in Afghanistan, which has persisted for many years and continues under Taliban rule.
The protesters highlighted that the Taliban actively support these acts and have failed to take any measures to prevent targeted attacks. Taliban forces are reportedly committing crimes against the Hazara community with impunity.
The members called upon the United Nations, international human rights organizations, and the global community to urgently intervene to stop the persecution, killings, and ethnic targeting of Afghan Hazara people. They emphasized that silence and inaction by the international community only emboldens the perpetrators and leads to further atrocities.
ICSHRA urges immediate and decisive international action to protect vulnerable ethnic groups in Afghanistan and ensure justice, accountability, and safety for all communities at risk.

اعضای نهادهای جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری افغانستان (ICSHRA) صدای خود را علیه نسلکشی و سرکوب سیستماتیک یک قوم خاص در افغانستان که سالها ادامه داشته و اکنون تحت حکومت طالبان نیز تداوم یافته، بلند کردند.
معترضان تأکید کردند که طالبان این اقدامات را حمایت میکنند و هیچ اقدام موثری برای جلوگیری از حملات هدفمند انجام ندادهاند. نیروهای طالبان بهطور آشکارا علیه مردم هزاره دست به جنایات میزنند و آنان را بدون مجازات سرکوب میکنند.
اعضای نهاد از سازمان ملل متحد، نهادهای بینالمللی حقوق بشر و جامعه جهانی خواستند تا فوراً برای متوقف کردن سرکوب، قتل و هدف قرار دادن قومی مردم هزاره افغانستان اقدام کنند. آنان تأکید کردند که سکوت و بیعملی جامعه جهانی فقط عامل تشویق عاملان جنایت و افزایش فاجعه خواهد شد.
ICSHRA خواستار اقدام فوری و قاطع بینالمللی برای حفاظت از اقوام آسیبپذیر در افغانستان و تضمین عدالت، پاسخگویی و امنیت برای تمامی جوامع در معرض خطر شد.
