Joint Statement of Civil Society Organizations, Protest Movements, Human Rights Organizations, and the Afghan Community in Finland

We, a coalition of civil society organizations, protest movements, human rights organizations, and the Afghan community in Finland, express our deep concern and strong condemnation regarding the decision of the Russian Federation to recognize the Taliban as the legitimate rulers of Afghanistan. This action contradicts the principles of human rights, the United Nations Charter, and the will of millions of Afghan citizens who are the primary victims of human rights violations under Taliban rule.
Reasons for our objection:
The Taliban do not represent the legitimate will of the Afghan people and came to power through force and violence.
Women and girls have become victims of systemic gender apartheid.
Former military personnel, security forces, and civil servants face threats, torture, and executions.
Freedom of expression has been destroyed, with journalists and civil society activists under severe repression.
Recognizing the Taliban without preconditions equates to legitimizing violence and human rights violations.
Dangerous consequences of this decision:
Encouraging other countries to normalize relations with the Taliban without reforms.
Increasing repression against women, minorities, and civil society.
Undermining the trust of the Afghan people in international law.
Threatening asylum processes and the potential forced return of Afghan refugees.
Our demands:
We call on the Government of the Russian Federation to reconsider its decision to recognize the Taliban.
Acknowledge the suffering of the Afghan people.
Instead of supporting the Taliban, actively participate in global efforts for peace and justice.
We also urge the international community and international organizations to prevent legitimization of the Taliban and stand in solidarity with the people of Afghanistan.

ما، جمعی از نهادهای مدنی، جنبشهای اعتراضی، سازمانهای حقوق بشری و کانون افغانستانیهای فنلند، نگرانی عمیق و اعتراض شدید خود را نسبت به تصمیم فدراسیون روسیه برای بهرسمیتشناسی طالبان بهعنوان حاکمان افغانستان اعلام میکنیم. این اقدام در تضاد با اصول حقوق بشر، منشور سازمان ملل و خواست میلیونها شهروند افغانستان است که قربانیان اصلی نقض حقوق تحت سلطه طالبان به شمار میآیند.
دلایل اعتراض:
طالبان نماینده مشروع مردم افغانستان نیست و از طریق زور و خشونت به قدرت رسیده است.
زنان و دختران قربانی آپارتاید جنسیتی سیستماتیک شدهاند.
نیروهای سابق نظامی، امنیتی و کارمندان پیشین با تهدید، شکنجه و اعدام مواجهاند.
آزادی بیان نابود شده و خبرنگاران و فعالان مدنی تحت سرکوب قرار دارند.
بهرسمیتشناسی طالبان بدون پیششرط، مشروعیتبخشی به خشونت و نقض حقوق بشر است.
پیامدهای خطرناک این تصمیم:
تشویق سایر کشورها به عادیسازی روابط با طالبان بدون اصلاحات.
افزایش سرکوب علیه زنان، اقلیتها و جامعه مدنی.
تضعیف اعتماد مردم افغانستان به حقوق بینالملل.
تهدید روند پناهندگی و احتمال بازگشت اجباری پناهجویان افغانستانی.
درخواستها:
از دولت فدراسیون روسیه میخواهیم تصمیم خود را درباره بهرسمیتشناسی طالبان بازنگری کند.
رنج مردم افغانستان را به رسمیت بشناسد.
به جای حمایت از طالبان، در تلاشهای جهانی برای صلح و عدالت مشارکت کند.
همچنین از جامعه جهانی و سازمانهای بینالمللی درخواست میکنیم که از مشروعیتبخشی به طالبان جلوگیری کرده و در کنار مردم افغانستان بایستند.
