Advocacy Statement by the Members of the Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights of Afghanistan

The members of the Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights of Afghanistan in Tehran express their deep concern regarding the current situation in Afghanistan and the arbitrary actions of the Taliban. As the world is aware, the people of Afghanistan continue to face severe oppression, systematic human rights violations, and the absence of fundamental freedoms under Taliban rule— a regime that holds no national or international legitimacy.
Despite being listed under UN sanctions and barred from official international travel, Taliban leaders continue to make unapproved visits to countries such as Iran, Türkiye, and Pakistan, where they engage in activities and make unilateral decisions that negatively impact the people of Afghanistan and Afghan refugees.
We urgently call upon the United Nations, the international community, and global human rights institutions to:
Take a strong and clear stance against these unauthorized diplomatic travels by Taliban leaders;
Prevent any form of legitimacy being granted to the Taliban;
Restrict the Taliban from using international trips as a tool to strengthen their power and continue their repressive policies;
Ensure concrete and immediate support for the rights of Afghan citizens and refugees.
Do not recognize the Taliban.
Do not grant legitimacy to the Taliban.
Do not allow Taliban diplomatic travel.
Do not engage in cooperation with the Taliban.

بیانیه دادخواهی اعضای نهادهای جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری افغانستان

اعضای نهادهای جامعه مدنی و حقوق بشری افغانستان در تهران نگرانی عمیق خود را نسبت به وضعیت کنونی افغانستان و اقدامات خودسرانه طالبان ابراز میدارند. چنانکه جهان آگاه است، مردم افغانستان زیر شدیدترین اشکال ظلم، سرکوب و نقض گسترده حقوق بشر قرار دارند و طالبان با حکومتی که هیچگونه مشروعیت داخلی و خارجی ندارد، حقوق اساسی مردم را بهطور سیستماتیک پایمال میکنند.
با وجود اینکه رهبران طالبان در فهرست سیاه سازمان ملل قرار دارند و اجازه سفر رسمی بینالمللی ندارند، اما مشاهده میشود که آنها بهگونه خودسرانه به کشورهایی چون ایران، ترکیه و پاکستان سفر کرده و تصمیماتی اتخاذ میکنند که بهطور مستقیم زندگی مردم افغانستان و مهاجرین را متأثر میسازد.
ما از سازمان ملل متحد، جامعه جهانی و نهادهای بینالمللی حقوق بشر بهصورت فوری تقاضا میکنیم:
در برابر سفرهای خودسرانه رهبران طالبان واکنش جدی و عملی نشان دهند؛
از هرگونه مشروعیتبخشی به طالبان جلوگیری نمایند؛
مانع استفاده طالبان از سفرهای خارجی برای تقویت قدرت و ادامه سیاستهای سرکوبگرانه شوند؛
از حقوق مردم افغانستان و مهاجرین بهگونه فوری، مؤثر و عملی حمایت کنند.
طالبان را به رسمیت نشناسید.
به طالبان مشروعیت ندهید.
اجازه سفر دیپلماتیک به طالبان ندهید.
با طالبان همکاری نکنید.
