Message from the Members of the Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan (ICSHRA)

On the occasion of the third anniversary of Afghanistan being handed over and the ongoing crisis under the rule of the terrorist group, the Taliban:
The handing over of Afghanistan was a catastrophic event that has caused a humanitarian crisis, economic collapse, migration crisis, health system crisis, educational crisis, and security crisis, all of which are worsening. The country’s governance infrastructure has completely collapsed. This transfer of power was a premeditated plan that has led to genocide, forced displacement of indigenous people, and under Taliban rule, the establishment of terrorist training camps and the global spread of terrorism, as well as the hostage situation of forty million citizens.
We recall this ongoing crisis to alert regional countries about their policies toward the Taliban, which may affect them directly. We urge regional governments to collaborate with other justice- and people-oriented groups to restore the sovereignty of the Afghan people and ensure regional security, which has been severely threatened by the presence of this terrorist group in Afghanistan.

به مناسبت سومین سالگرد واگذاری افغانستان و بحران کنونی تحت حاکمیت گروه تروریستی طالبان:
واگذاری افغانستان فاجعهای بود که باعث بحران انسانی، بحران اقتصادی، بحران مهاجرتی، بحران نظام صحی، بحران آموزشی و بحران امنیتی شده است و این موارد همچنان رو به افزایش است. تمامی زیرساختهای حکومتداری فروپاشیده است. این واگذاری برنامهای از پیش تعیین شده بود که منجر به نسلکشی، کوچ اجباری مردم بومی شده و تحت حاکمیت طالبان، زمینه ایجاد کمپهای آموزشی تروریسم و گسترش تروریسم جهانی و همچنین گروگانگیری چهل میلیون شهروند فراهم گردیده است.
با یادآوری این بحران، میخواهیم به کشورهای منطقه هشدار دهیم که نسبت به سیاستهای خود با گروه تروریستی طالبان حساس باشند، زیرا ممکن است دامنگیر این کشورها نیز شود. ما از کشورهای منطقه میخواهیم با دیگر گروههای عدالتخواه و مردمی همکاری کنند تا حاکمیت مردم افغانستان بازگردد و امنیت نسبی منطقهای که تحت تأثیر حضور این گروه تروریستی در افغانستان به خطر افتاده، دوباره تأمین شود.
