Four years have passed since the fall of Afghanistan to the terrorist group Taliban — four years marked by the suppression of women, destruction of freedoms, and escalating insecurity. Women have been denied education and employment, freedom of expression has been eradicated, and thousands have been forced to flee their homes due to threats, forced displacement, or targeted violence. Today, Afghanistan has become a haven for international terrorist groups.
According to the United Nations Charter and international law, the policies of the Taliban, particularly towards women, constitute gender apartheid and crimes against humanity.
We issue a clear warning: any engagement with or normalization of relations with the Taliban constitutes legitimization of these crimes.

چهار سال از سقوط افغانستان به دست گروه تروریستی طالبان میگذرد؛ چهار سالی که با سرکوب زنان، نابودی آزادیها و افزایش ناامنی همراه بوده است. زنان از آموزش و کار محروم شدهاند، آزادی بیان از بین رفته و هزاران نفر به دلیل تهدید، کوچ اجباری یا ترور از خانههایشان رانده شدهاند. افغانستان امروز به پناهگاه گروههای تروریستی بینالمللی بدل شده است.
بر اساس منشور ملل متحد و قوانین بینالمللی، سیاستهای طالبان، بهویژه در قبال زنان، مصداق آپارتاید جنسیتی و جنایت علیه بشریت است.
ما هشدار میدهیم: هرگونه تعامل یا عادیسازی روابط با طالبان، مشروعیتبخشی به جنایت است.
