Press Conference by Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan

Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan, together with the Global Campaign to Stop Forced Deportations of Afghan Refugees in Pakistan, held a press conference in support of Afghan refugees and human rights defenders.
Resolution of the Global Campaign to Stop Forced Deportations
Given the critical situation faced by refugees worldwide and the forced deportations that many face, we call on civil society activists, human rights defenders, and related organizations to join this global campaign and publicly support the protection of human dignity and the rights of refugees.
Forced deportations, particularly for those who have fled their countries due to war, human rights violations, or extreme economic hardship, can have catastrophic and irreversible consequences. These deportations not only endanger refugees’ security and wellbeing but also expose them to serious threats such as torture, death, harassment, and imprisonment by the Taliban.
We, as Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan and part of the Global Campaign to Stop Forced Deportations, urge international organizations and the United Nations to:
Immediately prevent illegal and inhumane deportations of Afghan refugees and individuals at risk.
Investigate and hold accountable officials responsible for failures in refugee protection.
Ensure basic services such as security, health, and education for refugees.
Expedite asylum processes so refugees can live in safe and humane conditions.
Respond transparently to the concerns of refugees and take concrete steps to improve the situation.
Speech by Ezatullah Bakhshi
Ezatullah Bakhshi, prominent human rights defender and head of Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan, delivered a speech at the press conference in Islamabad. He highlighted the urgent need to protect Afghan refugees, condemned forced deportations, and called on governments and international organizations to respect human rights and provide immediate support to refugees and human rights defenders.

قطعنامه کارزار جهانی منع اخراج اجباری مهاجرین افغان
با توجه به وضعیت بحرانی پناهندگان در سراسر جهان و اخراج‌های اجباری که بسیاری از آنان با آن مواجه هستند، از فعالان مدنی، مدافعان حقوق بشر و نهادهای مرتبط دعوت می‌کنیم تا به این کارزار جهانی بپیوندند و حمایت خود را از کرامت انسانی و حقوق پناهندگان اعلام نمایند.
اخراج اجباری مهاجران، به ویژه کسانی که به دلیل جنگ، نقض حقوق بشر یا مشکلات اقتصادی شدید مجبور به ترک کشور خود شده‌اند، می‌تواند پیامدهای فاجعه‌بار و غیرقابل جبران به دنبال داشته باشد. این اقدامات نه تنها امنیت و سلامت پناهندگان را تهدید می‌کند، بلکه آنها را در معرض خطراتی مانند شکنجه، مرگ، آزار و اذیت و زندان توسط طالبان قرار می‌دهد.
ما به‌عنوان Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan و بخشی از کارزار جهانی منع اخراج اجباری مهاجرین افغان، از نهادهای بین‌المللی و سازمان ملل متحد می‌خواهیم اقدامات زیر را فوراً انجام دهند:
جلوگیری فوری از اخراج‌های غیرقانونی و غیرانسانی مهاجرین افغان و افراد در معرض خطر.
بررسی و برخورد با مسئولان ناکارآمد در حفاظت از مهاجران.
فراهم نمودن خدمات اساسی از جمله امنیت، سلامت و آموزش برای پناهندگان.
تسریع روندهای پناهندگی تا پناهندگان بتوانند در شرایط انسانی و امن زندگی کنند.
پاسخگو بودن نسبت به نگرانی‌های پناهندگان و انجام اقدامات عملی برای بهبود وضعیت.
سخنرانی عزت‌الله بخشی
عزت‌الله بخشی، مدافع برجسته حقوق بشر و رئیس Institutions of Civil Society and Human Rights in Afghanistan، در این کنفرانس مطبوعاتی سخنرانی کرد. وی بر ضرورت فوری حمایت از پناهندگان افغان تأکید نمود، اخراج‌های اجباری را محکوم کرد و از دولت‌ها و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی خواست تا حقوق بشر را رعایت کرده و حمایت فوری از پناهندگان و مدافعان حقوق بشر را تضمین نمایند.
